B type High speed with dry run for air and coolant

  • PR_DESCRIPTION

Type B (capable of dry running) can be powered by air or coolant. Even when the coolant is not supplied to the center, it can still run at high speed in a dry state.

When the coolant is being circulated, the maximum pressure for the B08 series is 100 kilograms and the maximum rotational speed is 20,000 revolutions per minute.

When the coolant is being circulated, the maximum pressure of the B10 series is 70 kilograms and the maximum rotational speed is 15,000 revolutions per minute.

When operating with compressed air, the maximum pressure of the B08 series is 10 kilograms and the maximum rotational speed is 20,000 revolutions per minute.

When operating with compressed air, the maximum pressure for the B10 series is 10 kilograms, and the maximum rotational speed is 15,000 revolutions per minute.

When the joint is without any liquid flow, the sealing ring surface does not come into contact and the rotor experiences almost no friction. When coolant is input, a certain amount of friction will occur due to the fluid flow.

A gentle pressure squeezes the elastic O-ring of the cover tightly. During the initial start-up and end of the operation, a small amount of coolant may drip from the sealing area and eventually overflow onto the sealing surface, ensuring no liquid leakage. When the flow stops, the pressure on the O-ring is released, and the sealing ring surface automatically separates. At the end of the operation, a small amount of coolant or water may drip from the sealing area and eventually overflow. If this occurs, the overflowed coolant will pass through the labyrinth seal ring and then be discharged through the drainage hole.
