Type A (capable of dry running) is cooled by coolant. Even when no coolant is supplied to the center, it can still run at high speed in a dry state.
The A08 series has a maximum pressure of 100 kilograms and a maximum rotational speed of 15,000 revolutions per minute.
The A10 series has a maximum pressure of 70 kilograms and a maximum rotational speed of 10,000 revolutions per minute.
When the joint is without any liquid flow, the sealing ring surface does not come into contact and the rotor experiences almost no friction. When coolant is input, a certain amount of friction will occur due to the fluid flow.
A gentle pressure squeezes the elastic O-ring of the cover tightly. During the initial start-up and end of operation, a small amount of coolant may drip from the sealing area and eventually overflow onto the sealing surface, ensuring no liquid leakage. When the flow stops, the pressure on the O-ring is released, and the sealing ring surface automatically separates. At the end of the operation, a small amount of coolant or water may drip from the sealing area and eventually overflow. If this occurs, the overflowed coolant will pass through the labyrinth seal ring and then be discharged through the drainage hole.
All the components are made of anti-oxidation materials and pure water can be used during operation.
